Sports/ Activities Participated In - Traditionally, the stereotypical physical activities which are low impact and non-contact activities that elderly people participate in are lawn bowls and croquet but other sports such as tennis, swimming, walking, yoga and water aerobics are all activities that elderly people participate in. Even the activity gardening is physical activity that elderly partake in.
